These are pictures of Bob Scott and Felix Cedillo working on the safe house for street children in Mexico. Esther Scott was the photographer. I don't know the man mixing cement with a shovel. They are building a secure wall. Rooms upstairs need completing. Felix is securing one room to store things  as things are donated. They need everything....stove, three computers, refrigerator, tables and chairs, washer, dryer, sheets, couches, outdoor furniture, towels, kitchen items, cleaning supplies etc. The Cedillo family will live in one room as parents.
